My R56 rides like a go-kart with no suspension left, where do you guys go for shocks in Dubai?

I've had my 2012 Cooper S for a few years now and I absolutely love the thing but lately it feels like I'm driving a brick down Sheikh Zayed Road, every expansion joint and little bump sends a shudder through the whole cabin and I swear I can hear the rear end clunking over speed humps in my building's parking garage like something's just given up completely back there. I know these cars are supposed to feel stiff but this is a different level of harsh and I'm pretty sure the original shocks are just completely toast after a decade of dealing with Dubai's roads and heat cycles. I was poking around online trying to find a shop that actually knows Minis and won't just throw some cheap aftermarket struts on and call it a day, and I stumbled across this page https://www.suspensionrepairdubai.ae/mini-cooper-shock-absorber-replacement/ which seems to lay out the whole process pretty clearly. I'm just trying to get a sense of what I'm in for cost wise and if I should just do all four corners at once or if I can get away with just the rears for now since that's where most of the noise is coming from. Anyone else had their Mini's suspension refreshed locally and can tell me if it transformed the ride or if I'm just destined to feel every pebble on the road forever?
